MEET THE TEAM
CALEB RODGERS, OWNER
Caleb has over ten years in the structural and foundation repair industry. He joined this business because he wanted to restore an often overlooked but key portion of a home. The task isn’t easy, but he loves taking on a challenge and thinking outside the box. It’s very rewarding to get results for clients. Caleb enjoys working with his team and creating a positive atmosphere for all. He’s driven to deliver quality no matter what and firmly stands behind the Wolfe name.
Before repairing homes, Caleb was a musician. He has played drums for many different bands, as well as independently, both live and in studio. One of his favorite pastimes was touring across the country with different bands and writing music for himself and the bands he joined. Through this experience, Caleb met and played with tons of amazing musicians. For fun, Caleb enjoys playing music, writing, and boating on a sunny day.
JOE WATSON,
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Joe joined our team in a unique way. Our team went to his home to perform work, and Joe ran alongside the crew wanting to help. The process amazed him. After years of experience in construction, he hadn’t worked in crawl space repair. Not long after the job was completed, he gave us a call to see if we were hiring. We eagerly answered, “Yes!” Joe loves learning something new, and being a part of the team allows him the creative freedom to experience every aspect of the structural and foundation repair business.
When he’s not managing projects, Joe loves spending time with his two kids building them crazy things. Inspired by the latest TV show or their imagination, Joe turns their requests into a reality. Also, a fan and supporter of the performing arts, years ago, Joe had the opportunity to play Daniel Boone in the historical outdoor drama Horn in the West.
Rich Pace, PROJECT MANAGER
Rich brings over 21 years of expertise in mold, crawl space and basement waterproofing, air quality, foundation, and structural repairs to the team. Joining the Wolfe pack was a natural fit for Rich after owning a mold and waterproofing company and working for a large foundation and waterproofing company. He thrives on working for a dynamic company that operates as one team, delivering superior quality and services. As part of the Wolfe team, Rich is able to help customers solve problems with custom solutions rather than being forced to sell limited product options.
Rich is a Georgia Tech graduate and has a North Carolina brokers license. When he is not helping customers, he enjoys watching sports, grilling, listening to music, going to the beach, and working on his kids' homes.
DARRELL PEREZ, PROJECT MANAGER
At his core, Darrell is drawn to helping people. He served in the US Army as a medic and was a medic in Charlotte before spending ten years in the construction industry. However, creating beautiful, safe spaces runs in the family as his brother-in-law is a custom home builder, and his sister-in-law has a flooring and design business. Then, Darrell wanted to help educate and work with people to reliably repair their biggest asset, their home. So, he joined our Wolfe pack. As part of the team, he likes the family atmosphere, camaraderie, and collaboration of everyone working toward a goal. Everyone has the same values but contributes unique skills and knowledge.
When Darrell isn't helping homeowners, he enjoys anything outdoors. He has three girls and enjoys hiking, exploring new places, or even playing ball in the backyard with them. In addition, he loves traveling and trying new local cuisines.
CHRISTINE FORBES, Administrative Manager
With over ten years of administrative experience, Christine keeps the office running smoothly. She decided to join our team because she found the opportunity to learn different aspects of the structural and foundation repair business intriguing. She likes working with our amazing people and being a part of a stable, growing company.
Originally from Canada, Christine relocated to the Charlotte, North Carolina area four years ago. For fun, she loves being outside with her family riding bikes, playing games, hiking, going on a picnic, or doing almost anything as long as they’re together. She’s passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and she enjoys practicing yoga.
LIZ RODGERS, MARKETING & CREATIVE
Liz fell into this business when she married Caleb. With over six years of experience in graphic design and marketing, Liz leads Wolfe’s creative direction. While Caleb knows structural and foundation repair inside and out, marketing’s not his thing. But that lets Liz apply her skills to the business, and through her work and the results achieved, Caleb can tell why marketing is so important. As part of the team, Liz sees how proud Caleb is of his employees, and each person’s unique ability is not only appreciated but celebrated. Everyone at Wolfe gets the opportunity to show their skills and stretch their legs into aspects of the business that may not be a part of their role.
When she’s not working on creative projects for Wolfe, this supermom is busy with her one-year-old, 4-year-old and three middle schoolers! Liz is half Brazilian, and her entire family on her mom’s side lives in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. And that may be where she got her LOVE of dance, because she spends 3-5 hours a week dancing, if possible, mostly focusing on hip hop, jazz, and she’s classically trained in ballet. Liz also enjoys crafting just about anything and experimenting in the kitchen.
HILLARY HARRIS, production coordinater
Hillary joins our Wolfe pack with almost five years of expertise in foundation repair and waterproofing. She's worked in many facets, including the call center, sales route coordinating, production scheduling, permitting, and payroll. Seeking a change of pace brought her to our doorstep. But before working in foundation repair, she graduated with an associate's degree in medical office administration and transcription. She spent six years in the field and worked in collections and banking.
Hillary loves helping homeowners get peace of mind knowing their home is stable and finds working with the crews and setting them up for success in the field rewarding. She appreciates the supportive culture of the team, how flexible and understanding everyone is, and the ability to have fun while getting work done. Hillary enjoys cooking, playing games with her children, and going to the mountains in her spare time.
SAM SIMPSON, Customer Experience Specialist
Sam is an asset to our team, with over eight years of experience in structural and foundation repair, construction, and construction sales. Before joining Wolfe, he ran crews for foundation repairs, remodels, and helical installation and accomplished hands-on carpentry, tile, and finish work. Additionally, Sam has experience estimating masonry, structural repairs, and selling waterproofing. He finds that every day is different because each home has unique issues. Sam thrives when taking care of foundation issues, solving a challenging repair, or explaining the process to homeowners. He loves shooting film photography, traveling, watching the Panthers, traveling, grilling, or training his dogs when he's not working with homeowners.
JASON WELLMAN, PROJECT MANAGER
Jason is a graduate of Appalachian State University and brings over four years of expertise working in crawl spaces and 20 years of experience in construction. Jason sees a customer's home as their most important and usually their most significant investment. He believes homeowners need someone to help them through the repairs and emotions when an issue occurs with their home. Being passionate about doing what's best for customers drives Jason to help solve home problems correctly to avoid future issues. When he's not working with the Wolfe pack, he loves taking weekend trips to new destinations with his wife and two boys, and anything outdoors, like fishing, hiking, or sports, is often on the agenda. Their goal is to visit every county in North Carolina.
CASEY TART, Production MANAGER
Calling all foodies... meet Casey, a chef and Sous chef in a previous profession. After many years in the restaurant industry, working his way up from the dish room to the front of the house and kitchen, Casey was ready for a change. As a teenager, Casey helped his grandfather repair, lift, and recover homes he had built. He loves working with his hands and learning something new, so he began his construction and structural repair journey over two years ago. Casey's experience working with customers and leading a restaurant gives him a solid service background. He takes pride in providing different foundation repair methods so a customer feels comfortable and satisfied with the work.
Casey roots for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, and Atlanta Braves and will watch professional wrestling and attend matches when possible. For fun, he's played bass and keyboard and often for many bands over the years. His four cats, dog, and chinchilla are like kids to him and his wife; they love spending time together.
